Code of conduct as a data analyst

1. Before a Project is assigned

  • Provide as much detail as possible on your profile and keep updating latest projects. Clients like to know who they will be hiring for the project and how passionate you are about data analytics.
  • Verification details are always more important. Example: Linked in references, Github profile, etc.
  • We will use all this information provided by you to develop our own scoring algorithm. However, it is a dynamic score and you can participate in Challenger games and verification tests to continuously increase your score. Know more of the Q-Score here.
  • Do not reschedule/cancel interview calls, unless something urgent and unavoidable comes up. You must remember that the market is competitive and you need to create a niche for yourself, with not only your skills but the right attitude.
  • If you feel that you can execute this project better with a team-mate, contact us for support so we can find the right match for you.
  • We will also provide soft data points to clients on professionalism, integrity and communication. So your behavioral conduct is of utmost importance.

2. Making a Bid

  • Read the Project requirement carefully before making a price bid and committing to the revisions. If you think that clarity is missing, please contact us for support.
  • If you think that the project is ot possible to be completed by the client in the proposed budget or duration, but you are a suitable candidate, please make a bid and send a note to the client.

3. After a Project is assigned

  • Think through the Project scope carefully, before committing to deliverables to a client for every milestone. The milestones once approved by clients cannot be changed. Thereafter, payments are released on a milestone basis. Learn more about the Payment schedule here.
  • Ensure to upload detailed tasks and deliverables for every milestone, to ensure a seamless project journey. If you don’t upload and try to take the project out of the platform, we will not be able to help you claim your rightful dues.
  • If at any point of time you feel that deliverables are being changed by the client by more than 20% of the initial agreement, please ensure to capture the change and upload it on the Project tracker and get it approved by client.
  • Incase a project manager has been assigned on the project; you must keep the PM in loop for all communication and changes
